Fragosykia and Kalamionas houses are located only 150 meters from Lia beach and 4.5 kilometers from Ano Mera village where you can find markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, and all the other necessities.
At Lia Beach waters are blue and the sand is soft! Plus, there are opportunities to play water sports such as scuba diving, snorkeling, beach safari.
Interior Description
Fragosykia (60 m2 up to 5 guests)
The house is ideal for a couple with 2-3 children. The central entrance leads to the living room which has a table, chairs and a sofa bed (most comfortable for one) and is equipped with air conditioning, and TV . In frond of, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, mixer, aster everything brand new. This house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a big-size bed (165 cm), desk, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, and en suite bathroom, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has twin-beds, wardrobe, and bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Kalamionas (40 m2 up to 3 guests)
The house is most suitable for 2 persons, but can host up to 3.Its very unique and traditionally styled house. The living room has one big sofa, which turns into a bed; dining table and 4 chairs; bar; armchairs; and air conditioning. At the left there is a door leading into an air conditioned double bedroom with 160 cm bed, access to a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The totally new traditional kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, microwave, mixer, and toaster. It has all the cutlery and cookery you need.
